In collaboration with Healthy North Coast, batyr is launching a student-led social media campaign for Northern NSW to support mental wellbeing and help young people feel confident reaching out for support when they need it. This campaign will be shaped with young people, for young people, especially those living in Richmond Valley, Clarence Valley and Tweed Shire.

We’re looking for passionate young people aged 12-25 to join our online and in-person consultation workshops and help us create powerful, relatable and engaging content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Whether you’re into design, storytelling, social media or just want to make a difference, we want to hear from you. The insights shared in these consultations will form our campaign. 

By combining your lived experience and creativity with batyr’s expertise in mental health and digital media, we’ll work together to design a campaign that encourages connection, breaks down stigma and reminds young people they’re never alone.

Please note you MUST reside in Richmond Valley, Clarence Valley or Tweed Shire to be eligible to be part of this consultation. Proof of address will be required prior to the consultation.

batyr will aim to confirm your attendance as soon as possible. If selected for the consultation, each participant will receive a Gift Card for participation at the completion of the consultation focus group, further details will be provided if selected.
